When will my first order arrive?

Your first order ships right after checkout, so you can start your ritual without waiting for the next cycle.

When do my recurring orders ship?

Subscriptions renew on the 28th of each month. Sign up before the 21st and your first renewal lands on the upcoming 28th. Sign up after the 21st and it moves to the following month's 28th.

How often will I receive my order?

Every four weeks, on a steady rhythm, so you never have to think about running out.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is included in every subscription. No surprise fees at checkout.

Where do you ship?

Currently within the United States.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Reach out and we'll help you track it down and make sure you're taken care of.

Can I pause or cancel?

Anytime before your next billing date, right from your account portal. No emails, no hoops.

Can I change my plan or grind?

Yes. Switch tiers or change your grind whenever you like from your account.

Can I order without subscribing?

Aube Chant is subscription first by design, but a one-time single bag is available if you'd like to try it before you commit.

What is Coffee of the Month?

An optional add-on for active subscribers. A new single origin each month, for when you feel like wandering, without disrupting your ritual.

What coffee do you offer?

One year-round signature blend. Balanced and medium-dark, with notes of dark cocoa, caramel, and vanilla.

Whole bean or ground?

Your choice. Whole bean, ground, or espresso ground.

How is it roasted?

We roast to order and prepare your shipment within a few business days of your renewal, so it arrives ready for your morning.

What kind of beans do you use?

Specialty grade, roasted in the USA.

What matcha do you offer?

One signature ceremonial matcha, stone-milled from Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari leaves grown at a single garden in Shizuoka, Japan.

How do I prepare it?

Whisk about one gram with 2oz of water at 175 degrees until frothy. Drink it as is, or top with hot or cold milk for a latte.

How many servings are in a bag?

About 28 servings per 1oz pouch.

Is matcha a separate subscription from coffee?

Yes. Coffee and matcha are separate rituals, each on its own steady rhythm. Keep one, or keep both.

Is the packaging sustainable?

Yes. Our coffee ships in compostable Biotre packaging, a certified compostable material that breaks down naturally.

Any greenwashing?

No. We only make claims we can back up. Compostable means compostable, nothing dressed up.

How should I store my bag?

Keep it sealed with the top folded down, in a cool, dry spot away from direct light.

How do I manage my subscription?

Everything lives in your account portal. Update your plan, grind, shipping address, or billing date there anytime.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Because coffee and matcha are perishable, we don't accept returns on opened bags. If there was a fulfillment error, we'll correct it promptly.
