Please read these terms carefully before using aubechantcoffee.com or placing an order with Aube Chant Coffee. By accessing our website or subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

About Our Service Aube Chant Coffee is a subscription-first coffee brand. We offer one year-round signature coffee blend available through subscription only. No one-time purchases are available outside of subscriber add-ons.

Subscriptions All Aube Chant subscriptions renew automatically on a four-week cycle anchored to the 3rd of each month. By subscribing, you authorize Aube Chant Coffee to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account portal.

Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping is included in all subscription pricing. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance.

Payment By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. If payment does not clear, your order will not be processed or fulfilled.

Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property All content on aubechantcoffee.com including text, photography, graphics, and design is the property of The Drop House LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability Aube Chant Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays, package theft after confirmed delivery, or issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of order. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
